Final Update and Fix: The 2018 Toyota Rav4 was towed to our local Toyota dealership. When it was removed from the tow truck no codes appeared and the vehicle started right up. I told them to drive the vehicle around for the day and see if the problem was truly fixed. In general it starts fine. Engine turns over about 2 or 3 times and it is started. But a couple of times when it has been warm and only switched off for a short time it has been very hard to start. It turns over slowly and sounds as if the is going flat. Then when it starts it seems fine.
