Tivo remote not working with new batteries.

Took it apart and hit it with compressed air, lots of dust, back together and it still showed the multiple inputs problem like many signals from the remote. Took the Tivo apart again and measured the CR2032 cmos battery and got 3.127V. Too low. Put in a new battery, 3.3+v, and it seems fixed.
