For the short period of time when you could farm Sentients in Octavia's Anthem so I exploited that sh!t and killed a thousand Sentients (thank god I brought Ivara, which now that I think about it is even worse because I pickpocketed them too) and I got a single War Hilt and Blade (The only two I ever got to drop to this day).
