Thanks kindly! Solution: Apparently, I didn't aim the flair high enough. I shot it forward thinking I need to shoot it "into" the extract a bit. Just stand next to it and shoot it STRAIGHT up to avoid it not registering. Green flares are used for friendly applications (atm, it’s just for extract on Klimov street iirc). White flares are for illumination (they really fuck with people who are using NVGs).
