Sunlight Spear is good. Great Lightning Spears see use if you're in a lightning-weak area. Splintering Lightning Spear is garbage. Heavenly Thunder's usefulness is literally hit-or-miss. Blinding Bolt usually only hits 1~2 times which makes it pretty bad all-around. Emit Force doesn't deal a lot of damage but at least it's reliable.
