Keep in mind it was a couple weeks after the Natera test for me so there would be a higher likelihood of more fetal fraction DNA either way. But Maternity 21 is known to be able to test with lower fetal fraction than Natera. I'd say you're still a little early for the second draw as well but hopeful Maternity 21 will have enough to test.

Sorry not to have been so active this last week, but last week we received the news that our Maternit21 testing came positive for Down's syndrome. Honestly, it was a punch in the gut. The test said it was 99.1% accurate for predicting Down's syndrome, but from what I can find online there are cases of false positives. I'm hoping we're one of those.

It's non invasive - just blood taken from me at 10+ weeks, they pull out the baby's DNA and do genetic testing for chromosomal abnormalities. You can also find out the baby's gender with the results.
