The Geauga County Dog Shelter takes in stray dogs throughout Geauga County. By law we have to hold a dog three business days - or 72 hrs - before we are able to adopt them into new loving homes. Every dog is vaccinated, heart worm tested, and spayed/neutered. All adoptions are on a first come, first to adopt basis.
