I had an excellent experience using Costco’s 3rd party company (the guy standing at the store’s exit) to replace my home’s HVAC system (furnace and a/c condenser) and I wanted to share my experience here. Costco customer service couldn't give me any information. Delivery people won't reply to emails now, even after stating in an email that they work 7 days a week, including bank holidays. When they do respond, all you get is "it's in the hands of the planners". Not ideal when spending large sums of money.
