My guess is a wiring fault somewhere in the EVAP system or a bad EVAP vent valve (unlikely).The voltage should be around 0.1V to 0.9V. P0498 is the EVAP canister vent shut valve circuit low voltage. It is absolutely possible that you have a vacuum line that is off or broken. You also want to check your gas cap and think about replacing it. After changing them and fixing the vacuum line clear the codes.If the fuse is good but no power, check the wire from the fuse block to the solenoid for an open circuit. 3. Check the solenoid resistance to be 10-30 ohms. 4. Check the White wire for an open or short to ground back to the Fuel Pump Driver Control Module (FPDM).
