Alright so I bought the 2.5 ATS a couple of months ago. I am very pleased with the car and the cue system is a gem to have. BUT, I've been having a problem with the voice recognition system. To put it simply, it's just not working. Whenever I hit the voice button on the steering wheel nothing happens.CUE Infotainment System. Have your dealer set up a technical case with XM/Sirrius, and they will get it corrected. They were able to fix the XTS within a day. The 3 month trial is correct, it should be active and functioning.

It's most likely the root cause of the AC issue, or a faulty interconnect, -if you're lucky. Check all CUE-related fuses first. Then ensure the steering wheel controls communicate with the CUE.
