An RXOM is higher than ESM but the transition from SFL to ESM is seamless. Going from no pharmacy experience to RXOM is crazy to me. You need to be a Certified Pharmacy Technician for 1+ year in order to become a RXoM. Not to nitpick but rxom and esm are the same as far as hierarchy goes.
In another thread, a tech was offered an RXOM position with a raise stated at 18 months, so I think so, but I don't really know. Walgreens is quick to take money away but slow to give it.
