Enduring Dance gives very good accuracy and wound generation. Pick Helwalker for extra Might. You can pick the +15% movement speed talent from Rogue tree, stack it with +25% from Monk tree so you will have an easy time kitting. Super easy switch from single target to AoE. One of my favourite build ever.
The Cipher is basically Pillars of Eternity's version of a classic D&D Fighter/Mage.
