I suggest starting with Matt10 Madden 20 sliders (Google - it's on Operation Sports). Note you have certain sliders on the home page, and different ones within Franchise. After a half season or so, try slowly adjusting a couple sliders to your liking. It takes a while, bit if you're patent you'll find a good level of challenge-to-realism.
