I Swapped the motor now I’m having a No Crank / No start Issue. Thought maybe bad wiring harness so I swapped harnesses, Wasn’t the issue, Doing that same thing. The starter does work! 136k Miles, and yes cranks like normal. Chevy Mechanic: Vince S. If you were to pinch off the hose from the filter assembly to the injector pump will it hold pressure. Unplug the fuel pressure regulator 2 (pressure control valve in left hand rail) electrical connector. Crank the engine for 15 seconds and verify there is a steady flow of fuel from the fitting on the rail.
