Kia stuck in park.
my 2001 kia rio is stuck in park. the car has been sitting for over a year. after changing the front passenger tire I started the car and it would not shift. none of the fuses are blown. I took apart the cover around the shifter and the brake lock seems to be working fine. any ideas to get this car out of park?
