I did my Level 1 retake 2 weeks before my IM COMAT and thought that was enough for me personally but I think comquest alone would help you pass. You'll probably pass, but 400 + 120 questions in total - that's a bit on a lower side for IM. If you are a good test taker - you'll pass. If you are a bad test taker - add more questions.

I think every COMAT had a different way for studying as well which was a pain in the ass. For IM, it’s ver broad but very similar to board prep questions. That said, it can be a tough COMAT because it can be all the systems. I would recommend doing questions will help in the IM COMAT.

Comquest comat series is just another shitty question bank. My plan is to run through the Comquest Qs like a week before the shelf exam, just to get used to their vagueness.
