I'm really frustrated that not even my Mac computer can view my HEIC images. How on earth do I convert these to jpg?! Im not super excited about sending images through a mysterious website that promises to convert them, and I need permissions to download apps to this computer. Is there SERIOUSLY nothing else I can do to fix this?
