Cranks, no start. I isolated it to the wiring harness, and sure enough there was a spot where a metal bracket had worn through the wiring harness.

mijdirtyjeep. You need to fix the source of the problem. As stated above, start with the injectors, and if they check out you need to move onto the CP3 pump. If it is throwing the code when hauling heavy loads only and not when unloaded, that would "from lots of reading" point me to believe the CP3 is worn out.
