If I'm at highway speeds and put on cruise control and hold the accelerate option it gets up and goes like a bat out of hell.

Also when cold it keeps the vanes more closed in an effort to warm up the engine by making it work harder. Pins G, D, J are +5 VDC with reference to E, B, A. ( G to E, D to B, J to A) If those are good, check the connector connection to the ECM. Larry.
