My personal build 3/5/0/2/7/7/7/2. try 2/3/0/0/7/7/7/7. There's your problem, you want to actually kill people with Tri. Tri isn't made for that, it's made purely for defense. Play it like a fortress or impenetrable steel. My build is 3/4/5/0/7/7/7/0. This build is damn near impossible to kill and can withstand teamers pretty well.

While the Tri-Angle already moves fast on its own without investing in movement speed, I was able to barely outrun and kill another Tri-Angle with my build. It might be worth investing a bit more into health than I do. As Tri-Angle, hit-and-run tactics work best.
