Probably 1975 but just a guess. The Model 14-3 was produced btw 1967 and 1977. My Model 14-3 was shipped 9/69; s/n K8766xx. Nice shooter for an old guy like me. here it is with my 1951 K-38. I like the magna stocks better than the target stocks. my first day at the range with it.

I assume the hammer and trigger on yours are case-hardened and the ejector is blued. If so, you have a nickel revolver from the factory.
