1530 is right on the border for maybe three or four schools - MIT, Caltech, Chicago, Harvey Mudd. From memory, Chicago/Mudd are 1530, MIT ~1540, Caltech 1550. Anywhere else it’s more than enough as it’s above the average admitted student. And even for these four, I’d only retake if you truly think you will improve and have the time available.
