Billy’s attack is quite low for a 3* Archer, and his HP isn’t really high enough to make up for it. Billy’s hit-counts are also pretty low for a Quick servant, and he’ll have trouble making an appreciable number of stars. His Arts NP gain is fairly standard for his deck, but he suffers from weak Quicks.

At level 1, it’s essentially pointless, but at max level, it’s a 2500 HP heal every 4 turns, which isn’t bad at all. This skill doesn’t really do much for Jack’s kit as a whole, but it’s there and it can be helpful. I think the heal is actually really strong for what is mostly a quick support.

Shiki’s kit isn’t especially flashy, but it has everything she needs to be a great Arts-flavored boss-killer.
