TLDR: Memento has long term and short term buffs that Ninjabike can do in some ways but not all. The long term and short term buffs the Memento Backpack gives you are so powerful players can get a ton of utility in DPS builds, tank builds, armor regen builds, run and gun builds, even hybrid skill/DPS builds. What I realized about the backpack is, sometimes, when I collect trophies, it just does not stack up. It says "Kill confirmed" at the bottom left of my screen ...I farmed Heroic Summit and targeted backpacks for more than 12 hours with no exotic backpack or exotic drop whatsoever. Did it on Challenging and got Memento within 30-45 minutes. Apparently challenging is where you want to farm your exotics.
