When the Jeep is started it is making a gurgling sound like the coolant is being sucked through the lines or as if there is air in the lines. The coolant is being pushed into the reservoir and not making it back into the radiator. The other morning when it over heated the coolant was expelled out of the reservoir. Hate to say it but everything you said sounds normal for a 3.6 jk. Above 200 Coolant explodes out the radiator with the cap off. That is normal when burping. 3/4 on the temp gauge in the mountains trying to keep up with traffic is normal as well.
