Probably either a hand cannon or pulse rifle. Use ikelos so you can run witherhorde or arbalest or an exotic heavy. I run Warmind builds all the time and I use Seraph weapons to generate cells. I got rid of all the Ikelos weapons a couple seasons back.Range masterworks usually add up to 1-2 meters of bonus range which is nearly negligible since you aren't going to see much material difference.
