The power sliding door control unit must relearn the doors home position so it can use the revolution sensor to keep track of the doors position when moving. To re-home the doors do this: erase the sliding door DTC's by removing No. 7 fuse from the under-dash fuse box then reinstall it. Turn off the main switch for the doors.

I checked and the door closes properly and the only way to stop the beeping is to turn off the power to the sliding doors from the dashboard.
