Focus on making it easy first- just enough pressure, just enough muscle use, easy air. Don't just hack out the notes just to do it- do it right.For me what literally helps is playing G on the staff, then stopping the note, and try to listen to how it would sound. before i play the high G. Then I make sure my lips are relaxed and i'd go for it, keeping in mind the rest of my "tips".
