Fluency wpm chart.

Here is a similar chart to my 160 fluency chart. The chart has a space for writing the reading passage. It allows 2 readings of one passage. I've added space to write the Words Correct (WC) and the Errors for each reading. I find that this helps with keeping data for progress monitoring.
