Because card no.25 is the "Loftwing" amiibo and that thing doesn't even register as a Zelda-themed amiibo in BotW. It will not give you a chest, weapons, armor etc. but instead a handful of random low-value food items (like apples or Hyrule Herb) and nothing else. If a cheap set does contain this card, it doesn't hurt to buy it ...

Ok well I dont know why its not work, I personally love my power-saves amiibo. Dont think its wrong to use one, I use mine to get more out of games without having to pay for all the amiibos. The best place to download amiibos is NFC Bank

Differences: I'm running on the US version so the number is 101C9400; To install the patches I replaced the file in the game directory directly rather than putting stuff in the emulator's mlc01 folder. To try the fix, I attempted to both replace Item_Amiibo.sbactorpack in the game's content directory, and also I tried creating the \content\Actor\P You actually put it direct on top of the Right Joystick. BUMP. My wolf link amiibo also still does not work. I can use archer link but the wolf link makes a boop sound and does nothing. You must complete the Cave of Shadows in Twilight Princess, then update the amibo before using Wolf Link in BoTW. Ganondorf gave me his sword. Even Mewtwo gave me random items. 30th OOT Link gave me a specific clothing item and Rider Link (the only BOTW amiibo I was able to buy), I oddly don't remember.
