Weak: everyone and his aunt has spell resistance and saves you wouldn't believe, so the spell does next to nothing. I tried it out in Blackwater and the Midnight Fane, and practically no one took damage from it. Getting through SR is a 25% chance (with the feats), and I saw reflex saves of 20-28. Allied Spellcaster is your friend in this game.
