Ok. So, I have been trying to get the outer rim mod to work. This may not have to do with the mod but I think so. (I am doing this manually, and have it on oculus not steam) So first I extract the outer rim mod, then slap it in StreamingAssets, like every tutorial and from there they just say it works.
