I was after a recipe so I didn't do it, but for those who thought they didn't need Manufacturing Facilities anymore, this might be a reason to visit. They also have 4 new recipes - Hydraulic Wiring, Magnetic Resonator, Amino Chamber, and Quantum Computer. THIS ONLY OCCURS ON THE ONES THAT OFFER A RECIPE LIST AFTER SUCCESSFULLY SOLVING THE PUZZLE.
Grenades work best for me. Just jump out the ship and run over to the door...not too close in case you get a ricochet...and keep lobbing them until it opens. Immediately run in the door.
