I push the starter button and I hear the starter motor turning but the bendix does not engage the flywheel... or it is every so slightly engaging that it doesn't even sound like it's grinding.Dec 13, 2007 · Hello all, Have a problem with my 4020. Then I bleed the brakes. Now the brakes are totally locked up. The tractor won't move. But if I open the bleed screws, it will move.

It has the two metal fuel filters. loosen the bleed screw on the bottom one, pump the lever on the back side of the fuel pump until fuel starts to run out, close it and open the one on the top filter. Changing all fluids and filters --expecting to see some gremlins pop up. Our issue now is the powershift going forward works great. Reverse, not so much.

Apply Loctite to the threads of the R39075 seat and install the check valve assembly into the elbow. Then reinstall the elbow on the tractor. The original service info says the parts are: R39075 seat, D2361R ball, R39078 spring, and R39076 guide. When I bought the parts, the seat number delivered was R68553.

The power difference between them and a 4020 is very noticeable. Without a turbo a 4020 will usually smoke very heavy once you push it to around 110 hp.
