I had all 145 the bad pop up and I failed. Nothing is official until your association/board confirms it with you! If you failed, don't worry. Try again. I'm in the same boat. I had 119 question, 45 SATA (had 37 before 75), then I kept getting easy question. I'm pretty sure I'm failed. Same 145 and bad pop up... results tomorrow.

Wait until you’re able to pay for the quick results to know for sure, because the PVT isn’t always accurate with 145 questions. My friend got the bad pop-up but ended up passing, and from what I’ve read, it’s more likely to get a false negative when you get all of the questions vs an in between number.I got the "security code is invalid" bad pop up despite me using the correct security code and changing the expiration date.
