Due to my studying experience, I begged my mom to focus on Uworld only for her next attempt, that the problem wasn't that she didn't have the knowledge, but that she needed to conquer the difficulty of answering NCLEX style questions.

I took the NCLEX for the first time in September 2020. I spent the whole morning going through my mark klimek notes. I was so nervous going in. I got all 130 questions. I did the PVT trick an hour later and got the bad pop up. And I officially failed two days later. After that, I shut down from the nclex. I had all 265 Questions on the NCLEX. Just got home from taking the NCLEX for the first time. All of my coworkers and most of the people I graduated with had only 75 questions and passed. Of course I got the max number, and with a bunch of tough "Select All" questions. Oh, and I sat at computer 12B, the number they gave to the 13th computer.

Uworld, archer videos, and simple nursing were great. Most of mark k was unhelpful except the 1st and 12th video (unpopular opinion). Like the other person said, hold yourself accountable for productive studying and walk into the test like you’re about to go all the way 145. Hi everyone!!! I just took my NCLEX on Monday and I can officially say I'm a registered nurse!!! I took the exam and got 145 questions so it is possible! I used UWorld and my question bank was 100% complete with 50% correct. I also did the self assessments and got boarder line on the first and high on the second.

I ended up only doing about 300 questions for Uworld and took the NCLEX. I felt horrible afterwards as I ended up taking the entire 145 Q's yet I was still hopeful. I did the PVT trick and got the bad popup. My god that ruined my entire week and my confidence was shattered.

Anyways I got the good popup (PVT), so fingers crossed that it's accurate! Can't wait to see how it pans out! It took me about 2.5 hrs and made me complete all 145 questions (at least 40% were SATA). In short, answering all 145 questions on the NCLEX does not mean you failed the exam. It also doesn’t mean you necessarily passed either. For example, I just took the CAT 2 and it shut off at 75 q's with a green overall, just like my CAT 1. The difference is that my raw score was like 61% for CAT 1, and 45% for CAT 2.
