I have a 2013 Accord EX-l and that TSB fixed all the issues on my car. Before the TSB, surging on acceleration that was worse when cold. Surges on slowing down to stop. Have Honda check to see if the TSB was applied, they did not get all the issues on the CVT fixed until late in 2014, and then there was a different issue in 2015-2016.

But having 3 replacement transmissions in my 2000 4 cyl accord and reading on edmunds that the honda hybirds (up through about 2005 or so) with the CVT had stuttering/vibration issues and now people having the same issues with the accord CVT - I think honda hasn't resolved the CVT issues yet and I have decided to pass.
