For proper PvP your crew is fine but you will likely find at your level that Kirk/Spock/Khan is better. And 5/10/Kirk/Spock is better still. If you insist on using a burning crew 5/10/Kumak/Nero or 5/10/Kumak/Georgiou is better for PvP as well. For pvp, captain can be dependent on what you want like borg jaylah, yuki, or kirk.

The Talios has much, much higher damage, penetration and mitigation stats. Plus the ship ability (the damage buff vs Borg) is higher on the tier 1 Talios than a tier 9 Vidar. Adding the Lower Decs crew and using the remaining below deck crew slots to pad out the stats on the Vidar, its still not as good as a that tier 1 Talios.
