I need Help in "Under Saarthal" currently im on the second matching puzzle. Your solution looks correct. Try the lever a few times. If that doesn’t work, try waiting a few hours (use the wait function). If that still doesn’t work, scramble the puzzle and re do it. If none of that works you’ll have to reload an old save.
So I have done as much google research as possible to solve this bug (at least that's what I think it is). Awhile back I found a journal which opened the "forbidden legend" quest line. Which intertwines with the "under saarthal" quest line in order to obtain one of the needed amulets. Not sure why you’re there at lvl4 but it is feasible for you to be able to do it at that level, it comes down to the difficulty setting that you are playing on. The final boss should be leveled and I've never found him that hard with a decent follower. The Gauldar amulets that you’re referring to have nothing to do with that wall. The third amulet is at the end of the Saarthal dungeon.
