Twice now I've had mission failure, dumping nearly 20 minutes of work down the drain, because we couldn't get even 3 orphix kills before the sentient control topped out. The first time half the squad went to the second orphix as soon as it spawned and left the first one, cutting our effective time in half.

Very frustrating because necromechs are locked behind an unreasonable grind/paywall which in-turn prevents players from completing necromech nightwave missions .An Orphix always has at least three Resonators nearby, and destroying them all will cause the Orphix to open up and reveal its blue weak point, allowing you to damage it. The Orphix will spawn in Sentient enemies, so be prepared for a fight. At about half health, the Orphix will close up, and the Resonators will respawn.Mauslon isn't much worse for the Orphix than an exalted weapon is, especially when factoring in alt fire damage. It's also much more reliable with not costing energy, not taking time to equip, and (vs the Arquebex) having an easier time hitting the weak spot. It's a perfectly viable option...
