Nope. That did not work for me. I removed the device online, rebooted my router, and the device still shows up with the reserved ip which I can NOT assign to the new device (which isn't even a new device, it's the same one just using Wifi instead of wired ethernet so it's a different mac address).

Please contact us at 800-266-2278 and ask them to use the Wireless Gateway Settings ITG then they can reset it to factory for you after authenticating your account.
