Go to systems, and find the place where it says reload maps from other games, it will automatically convert all of your Osu Mania and Etterna maps into Quaver maps, saving you a lot of time. If the file you downloaded is a .osk file, you can drag and drop the file into your osu! folder. Also, this question belongs in Technical Support.
