Sang is good for DKs, Kraken, Muspah, Zulrah, and Whisperer. Bowfa is good for Demonics, Sire, Zily, DKs, Bandos, Mole, K'ril, Levi, Muspah, Zulrah, and kinda KQ & Kree. I would pick venator bow for pure slayer, but your bossing requirement changes things. Bowfa. Plus on slayer you get slayer helm bonus + crystal body/egs.

Yeah a lot of people use it over armadyl when using tbow at CoX and Inferno for the prayer bonus. Not everywhere though. You can get pretty insane times with tbow (I have a 1:30 pb with tbow) but with bowfa you're getting more consistent 1:50-2:00 times compared to tbow which can sometimes take up to 2:30-3 minutes.
