The 30SF just did not carry well on my hip. The grip just did not work out regardless that it was an SF. Also, it seems these guns move alot in the holster (blade tech IWB) when walking or moving which a similiar rig in a G19 does not move from my expereince.
Finally, the Glock 30 with the flush fit magazine makes for a pretty concealable package in that the short grip length is a big plus for CCW. As for the Smith, the M&P will undoubtedly fit better in your hand. To me, the grip on the M&P has a better feel than the Glock. The M&P45c is also slimmer, has adjustable backstraps, and ambi slide locks.
