Looks good! I used to drive an SD E-250 and I love those mirrors, but I'm not ready to part with my wing windows. They are one of my favorite features of the OBS trucks. That and the inside door handles that pull straight up, I don't know why, but I really like those too. It's the little things I guess. Or maybe I am just easily amused.

Those cab mounted mirrors actually are bigger than the small mirror they put on that K style bracket. The one in the picture you are talking about is the bigger towing mirror, but they make a smaller mirror that goes on that bracket. And I have it on my f250. And I hate it.
