I've seen maybe 5 swords with Eager Edge in an entire Dares reset, one was the Void Sword. I feel like the weekly completion weapons were the ones with Eager Edge to boot. wow, that's super unlucky. Basically it's just right click (Heavy attack) followed immediately by Jump+Shatterdive at the same time off a ledge. The timing comes down to practice and "feeling", don't go too close to the ledge to avoid diving straight down, there's a "sweet spot" you'll have to find as your fail a few times.
