I have a Husqvarna GT52XLS with the Briggs and Stratton engine, 44R877 with 35 hours on it. Recently I started having issues with smooth operation, surging, and then dying if I didn't choke it. This would clear up for a couple of minutes and then reoccur. I had two thoughts, one being bad fuel, another being an out of adjustment governor.
