Piltover is just Underground on crack with zero downside. The Piltover units synergize really well with Zaun, especially since ekko belongs to both. Gunner is really easy to fit in, with Zeri a 4 cost. Charging up the T-Hex isn't difficult at all as you can just force losses early or winstreak and still gain power.
In our early game use Jinx as our item carry for Zeri, also place Sejuani's tank items for Vi, If you have more items, build Zeke for Jayce. The point of the piltover trait is to stock power in the T-hex, either to make it an absolute killing machine or to sell it for a big cash out. You generate charges with losing streaks, and transform them in power when you win. The longer the lose streak, the more charges you generate per loss, the more power you'll get when you eventually win.
Piltover works kind of like how mercenaries worked couple sets ago. You want to lose, and the higher your loss spree the faster your blue orbs stack. And the way to convert it is to win a round, which will convert all those blue loss stacks into yellow win stacks, which make your T-rex stronger, and way more valuable if you decide to sell it.
