Achilles is hands-down the best spear aspect. It is fantastic for both attack and cast builds. The special is great for mobility and easy to use to get the buff. By contrast, the Zag aspect is just underwhelming, and the special is too slow. There are so many builds it's hard to say. General rule of thumb is to go Zeus/Dioynsus for fast attacks, Artemis/Aphrodite/Athena for higher base damage attacks, and Ares doom for something in between.
