TOPSHAM, Maine — After excess rain from Monday's storm, drivers were met with detours Tuesday as the Maine Department of Transportationshut down the Frank J. Wood Bridge, which links the towns of Brunswick and Topsham. Officials said the bridge would be closed for the next 24 hours, or until the water subsides.
